Upon driving up the narrow, winding road that was Highway 87 almost 40 years ago, I fell in love with the magnificent view of the Mogollon Rim as I approached Payson. I immersed myself into this country by backpacking, camping, hiking, fishing, and four-wheeling back forest roads. The Arizona Rim Country filled my soul and brought joy to my heart.
Surrounded by National forests of Ponderosa Pines and with crystal clear blue skies above, there is no better place to raise a family and enjoy life! Having raised my four children here, and having been a part of this community as it has grown, I feel blessed and thankful that I can share this area with others who would like to make the Payson area their home.
Many years before becoming a real estate agent, I taught 4th and 5th grade. This experience has helped me to develop the ability to listen closely and to explain concepts clearly...excellent skills for a real estate agent !
Then as life took its turns, I spent years in the food service industy. This, also, helped to sharpen the listening skills as customer service was paramount in assuring return business with the satisfied customer...listening skills along with sales skills....excellent for a real estate agent!
I have a passion for real estate and have served clients in the Rim Country since 2004. I have been an independent broker with my own company, Payson Realty, since 2009. As an independent real estate broker, I have the freedom to cater to each and every client, without having to waste precious time and usually aggravation from getting approval from another party.
Communication is of utmost importance, and that begins with listening!. Another component of the entire process is sharing with clients what to expect. When expectations are laid out on the table, there is no room for surprise. All helps for a smooth transaction. Theis is a win/win situation for everyone involved.
